Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
At The Westin Playa Bonita, the meal plan is Premium All-Inclusive. The meal plan begins with dinner on the day of arrival and concludes with lunch on the day of departure.
At Gamboa Rainforest Reserve, the meal plan includes breakfast only.
Rates are subject to change according to the applicable season.
Rates cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
Airport-Hotel-Airport transfers are applicable to and from Tocumen International Airport only.
Cancellations made 30 to 10 days prior to the guests’ arrival will incur a 50% penalty of the total amount.
Cancellations made 9 days or less prior to the clients’ arrival will incur a 100% penalty of the total stay.
No-show reservations will incur a 100% penalty of the total accommodation cost.
The Half-Day City Tour is subject to being scheduled on Day 2 or Day 3 of the program, depending on the activity schedule.
